Our mission at Operation Compassionate Care is to reduce the unnecessary deaths of United States Veterans from suicide and prescription overdose. We provide the resources to pursue a safe, alternative treatment.
Founded in 2017, Operation Compassionate Care (OCC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. We are dedicated to helping reduce the number of Veteran deaths by suicide or opioid prescription overdose.
Our leadership staff is a combination of civilians and military Veterans who have experience with medical cannabis and its use for the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Combining over 30 years of experience cultivating medical cannabis and 7 years operating medical cannabis dispensaries in California, we have been on the forefront of the medical cannabis movement.
Assisting hundreds of patients with the treatment of numerous ailments through the use of medical cannabis revealed a huge underserved portion of the population—our United States military Veterans. We want to make a difference and help our Veterans, so we have dedicated our non-profit to ensuring every effort we make to help save a Veteran’s life is an effort worth striving for.
